I began my career in this business because I felt there was a serious lack of true service in the industry. Many agents have become accustomed to the age of automated services. With automatic searches, automatic mortgage calculators, automatic market research, and automatic advice, where does the service really occur? These ideas may save the realtor time, allowing him/her to move on the next client quicker, but are they really representing you?
Instead of relying completely these concepts, my philosophy is to provide an intense level of service. I believe it is my job to do more than offering you the ability to search for homes on your own.
