When I list a home, I make sure that I am the person who speaks to every potential buyer and/or agent who shows interest in your home. I will never use automated services to schedule appointments and solicit feedback. I answer calls about your home. I speak to the buyers to excite them about the highlights of your home. I make myself available 7 days a week to make sure that no opportunity is lost in the automated process. NO automated emails. NO answering services. VIRTUAL TOUR
All of my listings are photographed by a professional photographer. This way the pictures are always of the best possible quality. These pictures are used in the entire marketing package. A true virtual tour is one in which the buyer can truly feel like they are visiting the home. The tours that I prepare are way beyond your typical tour. They include an audio tour that highlights the selling points of every room, a personal website for the tour, 360° images of the rooms, and contact information.
